Katherine ward was professional, friendly, honest and very attuned to my emotional anxiety about my abnormal Pap smear results. Luckily the results were good on the day. She advised me in a health plan going forward and I left feeling like I understood the plan forward and my health was in the best possible hands at the U Health.
