I felt that she listened to my concerns and gave her recommendations, explained them, and then informed me on alternative treatment, explaining crucial information and why it is not her first choice. Because of health coverage concerns she respected by decisions and immediately started working on my treatment plans. The following day during a scan she entered the area and seen I was super emotional and just quietly reassured me and validated my feelings. It was very helpful.
