We offer comprehensive nutrition assessments and a variety of counseling services. We provide the information you need to make wise choices about:

General Nutrition
Nutrition Consultation at PEAK
If you're hoping to make changes in your eating habits, meeting with a nutrition expert can be invaluable. When we're talking nutrition--one size does not fit all. Our registered dietitians can help you determine realistic changes to your diet that make sense.
This service includes a 60-minute meeting with a registered dietitian to discuss ideal nutrition strategies for performance/health or review current nutrition standards. This service does not provide detailed meal plans.
PEAK dietitians focus on eating for health and wellness and generally do not focus on specific medical conditions. Appointments take place at PEAK Health and Fitness or you can schedule a virtual appointment if you prefer.

Clinical Dietitian Appointments (MNT)
A registered dietitian will partner with you to develop a safe and realistic eating plan that you can stick with for the long haul. Dietitians can provide strategies for healthier:
- meal prepping,
- grocery shopping, and
- mindful eating.
Dietitians are trained in therapeutic diets for digestive disorders or other conditions requiring special diets. Appointments take place in outpatient clinics. We recommend that you get a referral from your provider.
Duration: 30-60 minutes

Health Coaching
Our Health Coaches specialize in helping people make progress toward long term health. They do this by helping you break down big goals into smaller realistic and attainable steps. As each small step is accomplished, you build momentum toward attaining your ultimate goal.
A health coach can keep you on track by helping you to anticipate and deal with barriers. Minor missteps when working toward your goals are completely normal. Your health coach can keep you on track in the event of an unexpected set-back.

Intensive Lifestyle Program
10 weekly 60 minute sessions
The Intensive Lifestyle Program looks at the components of a healthy lifestyle to get you started on your way to feeling great. With a healthy lifestyle you can prevent or improve most chronic diseases. You can also get immediate results improving:
- sleep,
- energy,
- mood, and
- focus.

The NEW You Program
The NEW You program focuses on nutrition, exercise, and wellness. Using the latest research, you'll learn to:
- eat better,
- be more active, and
- lose weight.
Join us to change your lifestyle behaviors, see real results, and become a new you!
This is a 1 year program with individual and group sessions.
NEW Youth Program
If you are looking for a program for youth ages12-18, the NEW Youth is a great fit. Learn to choose and eat nutritious foods, be more active, and create healthier habits for the future.
This is a 6 month program with individual and group sessions.
Cost
Varies based on insurance plan. Call insurance and ask about codes G0447 and G0473. Medicare Part A/B covers NEW You program at 100%.

National Diabetes Prevention Program (NDPP)
Lifestyle change can help prevent or delay the development of type 2 diabetes for individuals at risk. This program lasts for 12 months and covers science-based education and lifestyle changes.
The program will help you learn about healthy food choices, build physical activity into your life, lose weight, and decrease your risk of diabetes.
Eligibility Requirements: Pre-diabetes diagnosis or positive risk screen and eligible BMI
